The Client Service Coordinator I role is onsite in Rancho Cordova, CA, Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Compensation is $21 per hour, with a $500 sign-on bonus. The coordinator supports day-to-day client operations for Amerifleet Transportation. The role helps ensure reliable service across assigned accounts by managing orders, tracking shipments, communicating updates, and escalating operational issues. It also provides foundational experience with client systems and smaller account responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Manage orders from entry through delivery
• monitor shipments and provide status updates
• support client communications and routine issue resolution
• follow SOPs and customer requirements
• escalate risks and delays
• maintain accurate order data in transportation management and workflow systems
• support shipment documentation, tracking, ticket review, and account-team operations.
