Bilingual Navigator

Job overview

The Bilingual Navigator role is onsite in York, PA; compensation is $17.86–$23.08 per hour. Community Progress Council connects York County individuals and families with programs and resources that support their goals and self-sufficiency. The navigator serves as an initial connection point, conducting outreach, enrollment, and needs assessments while coordinating referrals and transitions to ongoing support. The role helps participants access services through trusted relationships, advocacy, and community partnerships.

What you'll do

• Recruit and enroll families in programs
• manage walk-ins, phone inquiries, and appointments
• build community partnerships and coordinate referrals
• interview clients and assess needs and eligibility
• maintain confidential records and reports
• assist with applications for employment, childcare, utilities, and other supports
• represent the organization at community events and health fairs
• support occasional evening and weekend events and travel between CPC locations.
