What you'll do

• Serve as the main contact for assigned customer accounts
• communicate job status, specifications, changes, approvals, and delivery timelines
• enter and review orders, estimates, purchase orders, and production instructions
• review files, proofs, mailing details, and finishing needs
• coordinate with production, prepress, mailing, warehouse, shipping, and sales
• track jobs and provide updates
