What you'll do

• Participate in assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of resident care
• administer medications and treatments and provide basic teaching
• document changes in condition and resident responses
• update and communicate care plans
• attend designated care conferences
• report changes to supervisors
• comply with nursing regulations and facility policies
• collaborate with nursing staff, medical consultants, residents, and families.
