What you'll do

• Scrape, pre-rinse, load, and unload dishes, glasses, and kitchenware
• organize clean items in designated storage areas
• sweep and mop
• take trash to the dumpster
• clean restrooms
• assist with light food preparation during downtime, including chopping vegetables and seasoning meats
• monitor detergent and sanitation supplies
• follow health, safety, and food-handling guidelines.
