What you'll do

• Coordinate yacht and brokerage closings from contract execution through funding and settlement
• review contracts, lender packages, title documents, registrations, payoffs, and closing documents
• prepare funding packages
• coordinate wire transfers, payoffs, funding requests, and disbursements
• reconcile proceeds
• maintain compliant transaction files
• track timelines and resolve documentation or funding issues
• support reporting, auditing, compliance, and customer service.
