Material Feed Control – All Shifts

The Material Feed Control role is onsite in Grand Rapids, MI, at a molding facility. Compensation is not specified. The role supports production by ensuring the correct materials reach the appropriate molding machines. It maintains material feed equipment and assists with machine setup and related production tasks to help keep molding operations supplied and organized.

What you'll do

• Identify and label virgin and regrind resins
• ensure material lines are connected and feeding properly
• load materials
• assist with dew point readings, grinding, and regrind processing as instructed
• clean grinders and set up presses
• check dryer temperatures and hoses
• maintain material feed equipment
• set up presses after mold changes
• organize material packs
• record lot numbers where applicable
• perform assigned tasks.
