Call Center Associate, HR Service Center

The Call Center Associate role is onsite in Providence, RI. Compensation is $24.12 per hour. Reporting to the Program Manager, HR Service Center, the representative is the frontline contact for employees seeking help with HR inquiries and concerns. The representative answers questions, resolves issues, and guides employees through HR processes, including onboarding and benefits enrollment. Accurate case records, confidential handling of employee information, and appropriate escalation help provide timely and reliable employee support.

What you'll do

• Address employee questions about HR policies, benefits, procedures, and employment matters
• assist with onboarding, benefits enrollment, and personal information updates
• resolve payroll, benefits, and workplace policy issues
• document interactions and resolutions in the electronic case management tool
• educate employees about HR policies and self-service resources
• handle sensitive information confidentially
• identify cases for escalation and communicate next steps and response times.
