This position supports the clinical team at Behavioral Health Works in delivering personalized ABA therapy. The role exists to lead the clinical side of care by developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, mentoring behavior technicians, and guiding families through meaningful progress. The BCBA partners with the Clinical Director to shape high-quality, compassionate services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

What you'll do

• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors.
• Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress.
• Provide parent coaching and support.
• Maintain quality documentation and reports.
• Mentor staff and lead monthly training sessions.
• Stay current with research and share best practices with the team.
