The role also includes appellate matters, settlement and alternative dispute resolution work, public speaking on civil rights issues, and travel and weekend hours as needed.

What you'll do

• Lead or co-lead trial teams and case strategy
• manage investigations, expert discovery, depositions, motions, trial preparation, and federal court arguments
• supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal fellows
• participate in appellate litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and settlement negotiations
• speak on civil rights issues facing the American Muslim community
• train staff
• attend continuing legal education
• travel and work weekends as needed.
