Vice President, Community Safety Programs

Job overview

The Vice President, Community Safety Programs role is hybrid, based in Washington, DC, with three days in the office and the option to work remotely two days per week. The salary range is $140,000–$160,000 per year. The RILA Communities Foundation works to strengthen collaboration and sustainable solutions addressing retail crime and community safety. This senior leader develops and executes crime-reduction programs and strategic initiatives, coordinating retailers, law enforcement, prosecutors, policymakers, and partner organizations to improve program reach, performance, and national impact.
