What you'll do

• Manage a large and complex commercial lines book of business
• respond to client questions, coverage needs, and account changes
• prepare coverage summaries, schedules, proposals, and client materials
• review policies and related documents for accuracy
• review audits and assist with questions or disputes
• address billing inquiries and discrepancies
• lead marketing of new and renewal business
• prepare submissions and negotiate with underwriters
• evaluate coverage, terms, pricing, and carrier options
• develop renewal strategies with Producers
• bind policies
• support client retention and account development
• maintain client and policy information in Applied Epic and use Indio and other insurance technology
• manage deadlines and competing priorities
• assist with onboarding and training when requested.

Why this role
