Shift Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead daily shift operations, including sales, customer flow, cleanliness, and safety
• promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships
• coach team members on service, sales, and operations
• maintain standards across the tunnel, vacuums, lot, and site appearance
• resolve customer concerns
• support cash handling, POS transactions, and membership processing
• monitor shift metrics and communicate updates
• act as on-duty supervisor when management is off-site.
