What you'll do

• Support airport network infrastructure design, installation, and first-level technical support
• maintain and upgrade airport hardware and software
• resolve assigned support cases
• plan client and application upgrades
• coordinate technical projects and vendors
• document systems and troubleshooting
• install software and train users
• conduct site audits and inventory
• support Windows desktops and Cisco networking equipment
• maintain PCI compliance.
