The Senior Heavy Duty Truck Mechanic role is onsite in Bakersfield, CA. Pay is $36.35–$37.60 per hour, with a milestone-based hiring bonus totaling $3,000 for qualifying hires. The mechanic maintains the vehicles and equipment that support collection operations by diagnosing and repairing engines, transmissions, brakes, tires, and hydraulic hoses, and by performing inspections and preventive maintenance. The role also responds to road calls and maintains repair records while following safety procedures.

Why this role
