What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line, kitchen pass, and service areas
• check dishes for completeness, accuracy, and presentation
• coordinate with chefs and service staff for timely delivery
• call tickets and manage order flow
• run food and, when needed, beverages to tables
• support servers, bartenders, and hosts
• follow health and safety standards
• reset and clean the expo area.
