What you'll do

• Lead design, fabrication, and optimization of complex dies, fixtures, and tooling
• integrate tooling with automated production equipment
• troubleshoot recurring precision tooling problems
• create tooling standards and technical documentation
• drive process and quality improvements
• mentor Tool & Die I and II personnel
• follow environmental health, safety, and quality system requirements.
