Job overview

The Project Manager works in a hybrid arrangement in Royal Oak, MI. Compensation is $125,000–$180,000 per year. What you'll do

• Support proposals and owner agreement negotiations
• prepare and monitor contracts
• develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and staffing
• lead multidisciplinary teams through project phases
• coordinate design and technical reviews
• monitor adherence to project design processes and quality policies
• work with operations and business leaders on project metrics and issue resolution.
