Scanning Technician

What you'll do

• Prepare records for conversion
• select and operate scanning equipment
• track incoming boxes
• scan paper, microform, and oversized materials
• verify image quality and rescan as needed
• index fields
• maintain equipment
• deliver electronic files
• coordinate meetings and transportation
• assist walk-in customers.
