What you'll do

• Assist with the environmental compliance program
• provide operational leadership and operate and maintain wastewater and water treatment systems
• monitor processes and make operational adjustments
• conduct sampling and process-control laboratory work
• document results and maintain compliance records
• prepare and support environmental reporting
• maintain preventive maintenance schedules
• respond to repairs, rebuild pumps and process equipment, and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• follow Lockout/Tagout, Process Safety Management, PPE, and workplace safety requirements.

Why this role

Requires an active Level III Wastewater Operator License, at least four years of qualifying experience in Class II or higher facilities, and at least two years of Direct Responsible Charge experience. An associate’s degree in science or engineering, or board-approved equivalent credit hours, is required.
