The Field Power Systems and Forklift Service Technician role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is $32–$45 per hour. Naumann Hobbs Material Handling provides material-handling solutions and mobile repair services, supporting fleet reliability across the Southwest. The technician performs field and shop maintenance and repairs on trucks, forklifts, and heavy equipment across gas, diesel, and electric platforms. The role helps keep customer fleets operational by diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults, completing inspections and repairs, and documenting work.

What you'll do

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on trucks, forklifts, and heavy equipment
• diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
• conduct inspections and functional tests
• document repairs and parts usage
• respond to field and shop service calls
• follow OSHA standards and company policies.
