What you'll do

• Implement training programs and person-centered support
• encourage independence and community engagement
• assist with self-help skills and personal hygiene
• provide individualized care that may include bathing, toileting, medication administration, and feeding assistance
• prepare light meals according to a meal plan
• follow behavioral support plans
• participate in outings and activities
• track objectives and complete progress reports
• operate center vehicles and wheelchair lifts after training.
