The Swim Instructor role is onsite at Choice Fitness locations in Salisbury, Peabody, and Methuen, Massachusetts. Pay starts at $18 per hour during training and is $20–$26 per hour once on deck. Swimm with Timm teaches students swimming skills through its curriculum. The instructor leads skill-based lessons for beginners of all ages, builds supportive relationships with students and parents, and maintains a safe, focused learning environment. The role helps students develop swimming technique and confidence in the water.

What you'll do

• Lead skill-based swimming lessons for beginners of all ages
• build positive relationships with students and parents
• maintain a safe, fun, and focused environment
• and follow the company's curriculum. Obtain CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding certifications within the first six months if not already certified.
