Machine Operator, CNC Mills and Lathes

Job overview

The Machine Operator role is onsite in Lake Havasu City, AZ, and pays $20–$30 per hour. Extar designs and manufactures products for customers around the country. The operator produces parts for Extar products by running CNC mills and lathes, maintaining machine efficiency and inspecting parts to help ensure quality and tolerances. After training, the employee is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.

What you'll do

• Operate CNC mills and lathes
• keep multiple machines running efficiently in a job cell
• inspect parts with micrometers, calipers, and depth gauges
• adjust machine offsets to maintain tolerances
• work with minimal supervision after training.
