Material Handler, Forklift Operations

Job overview

The Material Handler role is onsite at the Royse City, TX facility; compensation is not specified. The position supports RectorSeal’s movement of raw materials into work centers and finished goods through the warehouse to meet customer demand safely and on time. The role exists to keep materials flowing efficiently among storage, production, and shipping areas while maintaining safe handling practices and accurate inventory. The handler operates forklifts and other equipment, coordinates with production and warehouse colleagues, and helps support production schedules and order fulfillment.

What you'll do

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials between storage, production lines, and shipping docks
• load and unload vehicles
• receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials
• place and retrieve materials
• assist with inventory counts and audits
• maintain an organized work area
• follow safety procedures and use PPE
• coordinate material movements with supervisors and other departments
• identify process improvements
• participate in training.
