What you'll do

• Support the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations
• supervise, coach, and develop nursing staff
• ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations
• assist with patient care oversight and clinical quality initiatives
• review care plans
• conduct staff education, training, and performance evaluations
• assist with problem solving and clinical decisions
• participate in hiring, onboarding, and retention
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
