What you'll do

• Answer calls and manage messages

• document patient information and maintain records
• greet patients and manage check-in and checkout
• record vital signs in the EHR
• prepare and clean exam rooms
• assist providers with routine exams and minor procedures
• monitor and document symptoms
• administer medications, injections, and vaccines under provider direction and policy
• support referrals, prior authorizations, refill processes, waived testing, and patient flow
• maintain annual competencies and clinic standards.
