What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations and administrative, maintenance, and security staff
• supervise Yardi work-order tracking
• conduct property inspections and monitor preventive maintenance
• resolve violations and maintain regulatory compliance
• manage resident move-ins, move-outs, inspections, recertifications, rent collection, and records
• review invoices and assist with budgets and variance reports
• coordinate rent notices, evictions, and housing court matters with legal staff.
