What you'll do

• Properly store food, utilizing knowledge of temperature requirements.
• Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and utensils.
• Interact with guests in the serving, retail, and dining areas.
• Follow proper guest service procedures.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Maintain a fast pace and multitask when performing duties.
• Communicate with team members and other departments with professionalism.
