The Behavioral Health Clinical Coordinator is an onsite role in Philadelphia, PA, with an annual base salary of $65,000–$68,000. The role supports JEVS Human Services’ START program, which provides person-centered therapeutic services and support for individuals, families, and caregivers. The coordinator helps people with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral or mental health needs through assessment, crisis prevention, intervention planning, and coordination across community support systems. The position shares a 24/7 on-call rotation and requires community travel.

What you'll do

  • Manage a caseload of 20–30 individuals
  • develop individualized crisis prevention and intervention plans
  • conduct assessments and interventions with clinical teams and natural supports
  • coordinate therapeutic supports
  • serve as a clinical liaison across service systems
  • facilitate interdisciplinary meetings
  • participate in crisis response and post-crisis debriefing
  • document services and outcomes
  • support admissions, discharges, and transitions
  • participate in training and maintain required certifications.
