The Residential Instructor (LSI, DSP, RI) role is onsite in Glastonbury, CT. Compensation is $20.40–$22.63 per hour. The instructor supports residents’ safety, welfare, and daily program operations in a residential home. The role provides daily supervision and support, implements behavior and medication plans, and documents resident progress and incidents. It contributes to a safe, healthy, and engaging home environment while supporting residents’ dignity, welfare, and community participation.

What you'll do

• Monitor resident behavior and implement applicable programs
• document shift activities, incidents, and progress
• maintain home safety and cleanliness
• follow agency policies, individual plans, medication procedures, and emergency protocols
• administer medications under applicable guidelines
• provide activities and counseling
• assist with hygiene, meals, and transportation
• advocate for residents and report rights violations
• attend training and staff meetings.
