Vascular Sonographer — Day Shift

The Vascular Sonographer role is onsite in Houston, TX, with compensation of $40–$50 per hour. The position supports diagnostic vascular imaging and patient care in collaboration with physicians and other clinical staff. The role exists to produce high-quality vascular ultrasound examinations and accurate findings that help physicians assess arterial and venous circulation. It includes patient preparation and communication, image optimization, documentation, and timely escalation of urgent findings.

What you'll do

• Perform vascular ultrasound examinations, including carotid, venous, arterial, and peripheral studies
• evaluate blood flow and vascular conditions using Doppler and color-flow imaging
• obtain and document measurements, waveforms, and diagnostic images
• review relevant patient history
• explain procedures and support patient comfort and safety
• communicate urgent findings to physicians
• maintain records, perform routine quality checks, and collaborate with the care team.
