What you'll do

• Greet and check in patients

• scan insurance cards and driver’s licenses
• enter new patient demographics
• collect authorizations or referrals
• present and collect fees, post payments, and schedule follow-up appointments
• monitor past-due accounts
• balance the cash drawer
• verify chart information and signatures.
