What you'll do

• Oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations
• manage and mentor floor managers and staff

• develop risk mitigation strategies
• track corporate mandates and reports
• plan staffing and recruit applicants
• coach management staff
• monitor expenses and operational performance
• support sales forecasts, marketing initiatives, and profitability reporting
• manage revenues, labor, supplies, and cash flow
• review monthly profit and loss statements and address variances.
