What you'll do

• Verify vehicle locations and maintain status, key, and location records
• identify service and reconditioning needs
• coordinate cleaning, repairs, and vehicle movement
• ensure retail vehicles are ready and properly merchandised
• coordinate photos and online listings
• manage rental and loaner records, agreements, check-in and check-out inspections, and overdue-vehicle follow-up
• report damage and documentation issues.
