Facilities Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and fabrication projects
• respond to service calls
• conduct preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, mechanical, heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• install, repair, maintain, and replace equipment
• troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• assist with wiring and fixtures
• maintain the property structure, tools, equipment, and shop inventory
• support a clean and safe work environment
• coordinate with other departments.
