The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is an onsite, full-time position based in Oskaloosa, IA, with compensation of $20–$25 per hour. Carelinks ABA provides in-home applied behavior analysis therapy using naturalistic, child-led approaches, with sessions also taking place in schools, community settings, or clinics. The technician delivers individualized one-to-one therapy to children, following plans designed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The work supports children’s communication, social, life, and academic skills through play-based strategies, while tracking progress and coordinating with families and the clinical team.

What you'll do

• Deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in home, school, community, or clinic settings
• implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• use play-based strategies to teach skills
• collect electronic data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• participate in supervision, meetings, and training
• communicate with BCBAs, families, and team members
• maintain confidentiality and a safe therapeutic environment.
