What you'll do

• Check schedules and flight arrivals
• meet and greet passengers at assigned stations or gates
• provide directions and visitor service
• follow airport ramp requirements
• help passengers safely disembark aircraft
• monitor phone use and guest movement in sterile areas
• remain alert to traffic and jet blast
• assist ramp personnel and security in emergencies.
