What you'll do

• Build relationships with franchisees and clients
• train, mentor, and guide franchisees
• conduct quality audits and address client needs
• quote and sell one-time and recurring services
• onboard clients and support franchisee transitions
• coach unit franchisees on cleaning techniques, green chemicals, and equipment
