What you'll do

• Respond to inquiries and orders from physicians, patients, and referral sources
• answer incoming calls
• initiate walk-in orders
• close out daily storefront activities
• track inventory
• provide customer service
• support after-hours calls, transfers, and deliveries
• educate patients and families about equipment
• register patients and enter test orders
• audit registration information
• explain equipment storage, billing, and transport requirements.
