What you'll do

• Sell Design Build, Plan Spec, and Design Assist projects to contractors and building owner representatives
• identify centers of influence and build an industry network
• develop qualified customer prospects
• maintain sales and prospecting records in the CRM
• prepare and present proposals and RFP responses
• work with pre-construction staff on estimates and bids
• coordinate project launches with project managers and assist with RFIs and change orders when needed.
