Equipment Technician – CMP, Day Shift

The Equipment Technician – CMP, Day Shift role is onsite in Hillsboro, OR. Compensation is $24–$30 per hour. Jireh Semiconductor is a wafer fabrication facility supporting Alpha and Omega Semiconductor’s semiconductor products and manufacturing operations. The technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshoots equipment systems to support wafer fab production. The role contributes to tool availability, product quality, and continuous improvement by coordinating maintenance with equipment, production, and process teams.

What you'll do

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and non-routine corrective maintenance
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, gas, pneumatic, and cooling systems
• coordinate work with equipment, production, and process groups
• support tool and maintenance system improvement projects
• participate on the Emergency Response Team
• use required PPE and maintain relevant certifications
• report daily activities
• maintain work areas and equipment to 6S standards.

Why this role
