What you'll do

• Assess job losses and determine remediation needs
• communicate with clients and insurance adjusters and obtain scope approvals
• update job documentation in the database daily
• direct technicians on restoration scopes
• ensure quality control and troubleshoot jobs
• assist with staff training
• participate in the required on-call rotation.
