• Manage voucher intake, eligibility, occupancy, inspections, rent calculations, owner payments, and program administration
• supervise and coach staff
• oversee Family Self-Sufficiency program activities
• ensure compliance with HUD and agency requirements
• review files and reports
• respond to inquiries
• and represent the agency in community and program meetings.
