What you'll do

• Assist the cook with menu planning and food preparation
• respond to dietary emergencies and document observations and outcomes
• help monitor food quality and quantity
• serve meals according to menus, therapeutic diets, portion controls, and sanitation rules
• inspect trays
• clean kitchen equipment and areas
• report equipment or supply issues.
