What you'll do

• Handle real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, borrower-side finance, and development transactions
• draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including joint venture and loan agreements
• collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• support clients through project structuring, negotiation, and execution.
