What you'll do

• Transport and supervise clients
• observe client behavior and record conditions
• complete admissions paperwork and enter client information into the electronic medical record
• support admissions screening activities
• assist with therapeutic activities and recovery support
• maintain client confidentiality and appropriate boundaries
• complete vehicle checks and trip records
• follow safety procedures and report incidents.
