What you'll do

• Manage project delivery from pre-construction through close-out

• select and oversee subcontractors
• communicate with clients
• support Superintendents
• manage project documentation, procurement, change orders, projections, pay applications, and close-out
• and collaborate with the Estimator on scope, cost, and schedule feasibility. Travel may be required up to 60% of the time.
