What you'll do

• Process Salesforce cases across account and loan support functions
• resolve membership application and documentation errors
• process account and loan maintenance requests
• post transactions and balance assigned general ledger accounts
• research account discrepancies and payment history
• administer IRA transfers, distributions, rollovers, and related processes
• review deceased-account documentation
• respond to third-party verification requests
• support members and internal staff
• maintain compliance documentation and apply applicable regulatory requirements
• review AI-generated drafts, extractions, and summaries after use.
