Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, C Shift

The Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, C Shift role is onsite in Arlington, TX, with compensation of $70,000–$85,000 per year. The supervisor leads maintenance support for production equipment, automation systems, and facility equipment during C Shift. The role exists to keep equipment safe and reliable, minimize production downtime, and improve equipment performance. It coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, guides technicians, and works with production, engineering, and quality teams to address failures and support improvement projects.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians during C Shift
• coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, robotics, and automation issues
• monitor downtime and support root-cause analysis
• coordinate with production, engineering, and quality
• maintain shift handovers, records, reports, work orders, and spare-parts readiness
• train technicians
• enforce safety and LOTO procedures
• support equipment installation, modification, commissioning, and improvement projects.
